Cancellation Policy: You have the freedom to cancel your subscription whenever you want. If you're on an unpaid trial or a free subscription, you can request cancellation anytime before the trial period ends, as long as you follow our cancellation guidelines. For those on a paid subscription, make sure to cancel before each payment cycle starts to avoid any further charges.

Refund Policy: Once a new subscription cycle begins, we are unable to provide refunds, even if you haven't used the service. However, if you're accidentally charged after following the cancellation process correctly, we will review your case and commit to refunding your payments within the next 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used initially. Please note that any associated banking fees or charges during this process will be your responsibility.

Please understand that we have the discretion to decline refund requests, particularly when they involve recurring payments or other circumstances specified in the Clipto Terms of Service.

If you signed up for a membership and noticed an immediate charge after entering your card details, kindly note that this is not a charge but rather a pre-authorization. This is a standard process to ensure the validity of the provided payment method. However, if you choose to cancel within the 7-day free trial period, this pre-authorization will be voided, and no charges will be incurred.

Please ensure that you are using the correct email address associated with your account when attempting to cancel your membership. If you're unsure, try using the email address you used to create the account. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

We treat Privacy and Security with the ultmost importance. Your uploaded file and the transcribed results of your uploaded assets are encrypted and securely stored in the trusted Amazon AWS cloud storage. We prioritize the privacy and security of your data throughout the transcription process, ensuring it remains confidential and protected. Your data remains yours and is never used by any unauthorized third party. If you delete your file on our website, your data will be permanently removed.

Unlimited. With our monthly plan, you can enjoy unlimited usage and can transcribe files of up to 2GB in size or as long as 6 hours in length per upload. For more detailed information on our plans and features, please visit our pricing page here.

If you encounter a "timed out" error message during the upload process, please provide us with the audio files you attempted to upload along with a screenshot of the error message. We will promptly escalate the issue to our technical team for thorough investigation and resolution.
